A ProBiotic made back in early 2019 predominately for travelling athletes as an aid for better gut health and digestion when abroad. It was taken on by two of the current athletes to aid them throughout the season with fantastic results.
Having had tubs available, they soon made their way to friends and those looking for some gut support. That personal stash soon ran out and under pressure to make more as was the success of the results, it was decided to release this to the general public.

This is a good product that mixes easily and tastes good.
Keeping it simple, my wife has never had a regular cycle in her life until 6 months ago. Started using this product (because I nagged her to give it a go) and she can now predict her cycle to the day and the associated mood and pain changes have dramatically reduced. Well worth a try.
Quick delivery from Impact Supps and great prices, having now used this supplement i can say it gave me great training sessions, but i did find for me less water to 1 scoop hit the spot.
I can confirm this definitely does lessen period symptoms! Less cramps and improves PMS symptoms. I have taken this for a few months and noticed the difference in my moods pre period. Periods are a breeze in comparison because I avoid the cramps and low moods. It is worth trying whether you get really bad periods or whether you just want to mitigate some of the typical period symptoms.
