I’m currently in the last week of my shoot prep and have been taking these tablets for the last 4 days, after the second day I could tell they were doing something as I can’t go an hour without needing to go to the toilet! I have always been team oats until prepping/competing caused digestive issues, so I moved onto COR. Genuinely rate it and never have any digestive stress from it either.
