This is a good product that mixes easily and tastes good.
Keeping it simple, my wife has never had a regular cycle in her life until 6 months ago. Started using this product (because I nagged her to give it a go) and she can now predict her cycle to the day and the associated mood and pain changes have dramatically reduced. Well worth a try.

I can confirm this definitely does lessen period symptoms! Less cramps and improves PMS symptoms. I have taken this for a few months and noticed the difference in my moods pre period. Periods are a breeze in comparison because I avoid the cramps and low moods. It is worth trying whether you get really bad periods or whether you just want to mitigate some of the typical period symptoms.
